"In the August 2001 issue, you reviewed Otard Cognac and commented favorably. We love Otard but have not been able to purchase it in the U.S. for a number of years. Is it now available in this country?" HARRY GRAHAM (via e-mail)

bottle is to ask a reputable spirits merchant to order it for you. I agree with
your admiration for them. The Otard XO is one of the finest Cognacs currently in
